seeped in to took over my life I have been spending a lot less time reading books, articles and blog posts. I have also been spending less time outside.
Tip #2: Slow down on the information intake.
You may have heard of the slow carb diets (you know, the kind that actually work), well I believe many of us may need a slow info diet as well. We are running around on information overload. We may be information addicts, we can’t get enough. Take a break today and go outside, leave your smartphone at home, go for a walk or just sit and observe your surroundings for 5 minutes. What is happening in real life, not on your screen?
