Hasti is the The Bay Area Fashionista and TBAFblog.com is the leading fashion blog in the Bay Area. The Bay Area Fashionista Blog features exclusive interviews with designers, celebrities, and covers fashion related events.

I was lucky enough to get a few minutes of Hasti’s time to ask her about her favorite Bay Area places.

What do you love most about the Bay Area?
I love how we have a big town feel while still being very family oriented! I love all the great places that are within an hour drive, and I can’t complain about the amazing weather we have most of the year. 😉

Where is your favorite place to hike/bike in the Bay Area?
Stanford Mall, Union Square, Downtown Carmel (what I can say I love to shop!)

Favorite place to take your dog?
(if you have one)
Looking for a dog now! Maybe a golden doodle?

What is your favorite restaurant in the Bay Area?

Mc Cormick & Kuleto’s Seafood

What is your favorite place to get coffee or tea?
Almost anywhere, I’m a caffeine addict! A top choice though would be all the Nordstrom’s E-Bar, I love the atmosphere.

What is your favorite place to shop for clothing?
I couldn’t answer this even if I tried! I love the Bay Area for all the great shopping it has. I love shopping at the little downtown boutiques and independent shops, but at the same time I spend so much time in Valley Fair mall, and for my most lavish purchases I love Neiman’s in Stanford mall!

If you had an out of town guest coming to visit that had never been to the Bay Area where would you take them?

I would take them to San Francisco! I love how alive the city is and all that it offers. A definite “tourist” tour, which a trip to Pier 39, Union Square, and the next day we’d relax with a trip to Carmel and 17 mile drive.

Anything else you would like to share with our readers?
We’re so excited about letting Bay Area shoppers know about the latest and greatest fashion news and hosting local events here in the Bay Area. I personally love hearing about new designers and getting to know more about them and what they bring to the Bay Area.
