Less is More
Do you feel overwhelmed and anxious? Do you feel like you do not have time to get everything done? Are you suffering from some kind of writers block or a creative block? Are you feeling burned out?
If you answered YES to any of these questions you may be suffering from INFORMATION OVERLOAD! I don’t know about you but since social media seeped in to took over my life I have been spending a lot less time reading books, articles and blog posts. I have also been spending less time outside.
Tip #2: Slow down on the information intake.
You may have heard of the slow carb diets (you know, the kind that actually work), well I believe many of us may need a slow info diet as well. We are running around on information overload. We may be information addicts, we can’t get enough. Take a break today and go outside, leave your smartphone at home, go for a walk or just sit and observe your surroundings for 5 minutes. What is happening in real life, not on your screen?
