Tip #23: Automate your task list
Today’s tip comes from Ruth Martin of Maplewood Virtual Assistance
Within my business I automate as much as possible. For repeatable monthly things once I complete this month’s task I automatically head over to my calendar and set up the reminder for the same next month; attaching all my applicable notes. When the task reminder in Outlook pops up everything I need is in one place. When making calls before hanging up I take a moment to schedule the next call appointment and ask about the focus of our call. – Ruth Martin
