The weekend is complete with day-long live music and children’s programs.  See line up below.

Don’t miss renowned street painting artist Genna Panzarella creating a new work to match the park setting on Cascade.

New this year is a special “Finish Line Café & Bar”  sponsored by the Dipsea Race serving local wines, signature cocktails and gourmet small plates in the old Artisans Grove.   This will be a 21 and over sit down affair!

Also new this year…Ticket holders receive discounts at participating local shops and restaurants through the Mill Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Free parking and shuttle from Tam High makes it easy to get to the festival.

The Mill Valley Fall Arts Festival began as The Arts Festival in 1957 with a group of artists exhibiting their works in downtown store windows. As participation increased, the fledgling festival was held in Lytton Square. In 1962, the festival was incorporated, became an independent nonprofit organization and officially changed its name to The Mill Valley Fall Arts Festival and moved to its present site at historic Old Mill Park.

The juried works include prints, jewelry, paintings, woodwork, photography. Wearable art and sculpture.  Many artists are fortunate to return every year and there are plenty of new artists who get juried in keeping the festival a popular mixture of tradition and novelty.  The festival, held in the majestic Redwood grove of Old Mill Park in down town Mill Valley, is rated one of the top 10 fine arts and crafts shows in the Northwest and a beloved Mill Valley tradition.
