Difficult People Can Be Our Teachers

This is a hard one for me to accept.
Life is going along just fine and dandy and then…
out of nowhere…
a difficult person appears in your path…
they trigger you…
and there you are back in that same place you have been so many times before.
I am working on finding the lesson in this current situation.
