I have come to realize that Marin County is full of great Sushi restaurants. This past weekend I tried an old favorite that I have not been to in years. I went to Robata Grill & Sushi in Mill Valley right off of Highway 101. I really like the atmosphere of Robata, they have lots of semi private booths to sit in so it’s a great place to go when you want to have a conversation with the person you are dining with and actually hear everything they have to say.

I have a clean doggie! I went to Woodland’s Pet Food & Treats and rented a bathtub for Poncho (also known as a pet wash center). He is now very clean and fluffy (and smells good). The dog bathtub rentals are run similar to a do-it-yourself car wash.

We tried a new Sushi place this past weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The place is Tsukiji Sushi and it is located in downtown Mill Valley. Tsukiji Sushi restaurant is beautiful, the service is great and the food is delicious! We will definitely go back. We started out with a small bottle of the house hot Sake, a cup of Miso Soup, a Seaweed Salad and the Spinach Sesame Salad.

Yesterday I took my friend to Café del Soul in Tam Junction (Mill Valley). They have the best food! Their dishes are organic, fresh and healthy. They have vegan options for all of their dishes and their motto is their food is prepared with love.
