Think backwards when you make your ‘to-do’ list. Got an important meeting at 4 PM – prepare and pack all your materials in the morning; going to be running around a lot – set the table for dinner before you leave, do as much advance prep as you can. Just knowing some things are already done ahead of time seems to make the rest of the list more manageable and even results in unexpected ‘play’ time. – Mom
