There are just too many things to do and too much information constantly coming at us to be able to remember everything we need to do.
If you get your to do list out of your head and on to a piece of paper (or screen) you will free up that energy to actually get stuff done. It is really quite simple, yet so hard to do. Taking 10 minutes a day to plan will free up so much time and energy you will be amazed at how much more you will accomplish.
I challenge you to try this for week: Set aside 10 minutes every morning to write your to do list. Then come back here and let me know if you had a more productive and less stressful week.
