Meditation and Exercise belong on your to-do list
You know all those important things you should be doing but just never seem to do?
Things like daily exercise, taking time to meditate, those kind of things.
Those kind of things belong on your to-do list, otherwise they may never happen.
To-do lists don’t have to be just work related tasks. In fact, they should not be just work related tasks. Your to-do list is your own personal manual to help get you through life.
Include all those important but often forgotten intentions on your to-do list and make them a priority!
Here are some suggestions of things to add to your to-do list:
- Exercise
- Meditate / Pray
- Read
- Eat
- Spend time with _________________. (fill in the blank: kids, spouse, dog, grandma)
- Take a break (this one is important for those of you who sit down at your computer and don’t get up for hours).
- Drink water
- Take a walk
